As an Investment Counsellor with RBC Wealth Management - PH&N Investment Counsel, Dileep Samuel provides discretionary investment management for high-net-worth families, business owners, estate and trust clients and not-for-profit organizations.
Dileep works with a limited number of clients to achieve their objectives through bespoke wealth management strategies, leveraging the expertise of financial planning, taxation, Will and estate and business transition specialists throughout RBC, and a rigorous investment management process with pension-like consistency. Services include continual monitoring, periodic client reviews and appropriate alignment of investment portfolios to reflect changes in his clients' circumstances and market conditions.
Dileep has a diverse and international work experience, having worked in India and in the Middle East before emigrating to Canada in 2000. His Canadian experience includes over 20 years in the financial services industry including private banking, business banking and financial planning with a major Canadian bank, prior to joining RBC.
After completing his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Dileep earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Toronto CFA society. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
Dileep has been involved in a number of organizations in the past including the Brampton Board of Trade. He has been on the Board of Directors and is a past Treasurer of Dufferin-Peel Catholic Family Services. He lives in Mississauga with his wife and two sons, and is a Blue Jays and Raptors fan.
